Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our network as a 1099 independent contractor. This role focuses on asynchronous patient care—secure messaging, chart review, diagnostics ordering, and treatment planning—supporting innovative digital health programs and direct-to-consumer care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide asynchronous telehealth consultations via secure platforms (messaging, portal reviews, e-prescribing).

• Review patient histories, diagnostics, and intake forms to develop safe, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Issue prescriptions and order labs/diagnostics as clinically appropriate.

• Document care in compliance with state and federal telemedicine regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and digital health partners.

• Maintain adherence to HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple U.S. states (multi-state preferred; compact RN license a plus).

• Board certified (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; telehealth experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently in a 1099/contractor role.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital health platforms.
