Harley Meds is a fast-growing telehealth startup specializing in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and men’s hormone health. We currently serve over 2,000 active subscribers nationwide and are rapidly expanding.

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 20+ state licenses to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving virtual practice with room for clinical and leadership growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth visits for new patient approvals and follow-ups (25–50 calls/day)

• Evaluate lab results and manage ongoing hormone therapy treatment plans

• Provide expert guidance and education around testosterone and hormone health

• Deliver excellent patient care with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with support and clinical teams to ensure top-tier care

Qualifications:

• Active NP license in at least 20U.S. states (required)

• Proven experience with TRT, hormone optimization, or men’s health

• Strong telehealth experience preferred

• Comfortable with high-volume virtual care schedules

• Excellent communication skills and bedside manner (even over video)

• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized

• Tech-savvy and able to navigate EMRs and virtual platforms easily

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible: Choose Full-Time or Part-Time

• Volume: Must be able to handle 20–40 telehealth calls/day

• Pay: Competitive and commensurate with experience and licensing

• Remote Work: 100% virtual role – must be located in the U.S.
