Nurse Practitioner (Mobile Wound Care)

Incentive: $10,000 signing bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care to join our mobile healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care management and possess excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for wound care

  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

  • Conduct regular wound assessments and monitor progress

  • Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to guide treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

  • Stay current on latest advancements in wound care treatments and technologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice

  • Valid driver's license

  • Valid auto insurance

  • Certification in Wound Care preferred

  • Previous experience in wound care management preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
