About the role
We’re hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our founding clinical team.

You’ll provide direct telehealth care to patients with complex chronic conditions,

working with clinical autonomy under the guidance of Dr. David Kaufman, one of

the leading specialists in this field.

This is a permanent role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as

we expand nationally.

You’ll help shape the clinical standards and workflows that define our model of

care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-empathy, high-quality telehealth care

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and structured follow-ups

• Coordinate care plans and documentation using Circular Health’s AI-supported

• tools

• Collaborate directly with Dr. Kaufman for case review and ongoing mentorship

• Contribute to refining protocols, documentation templates, and best practices

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, ARNP, or APRN) in good standing.

• 5+ years of clinical experience

• Deep empathy and curiosity for patients with chronic, multi-system illnesses

• Adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable practicing in an early-stage

• environment

• Excellent communicator with sound clinical reasoning

• Confident using telehealth and digital documentation tools

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, or Lyme disease

• Prior work in telemedicine or digital-health startups

• Personal or professional familiarity with complex chronic illness

• Excitement about shaping a new, technology-enabled model of care

• Active WA, CO or AZ State NP license — or the ability to obtain one. We can assist with state registration and credentialing for qualified candidates licensed elsewhere in the U.S.
