You can be located anywhere in the state of Maryland, with the flexibility to build an in-person, virtual, or hybrid practice.

This opportunity is designed for primary care NPs who are interested in ownership and long-term practice growth. You are curious about building something of your own, value community-based care, and appreciate having a support team behind you as you get started.

What We Look For

• Located anywhere in Maryland

• Active Maryland APRN license as an FNP, WHNP or AGNP

• Eligible for independent practice in Maryland

• 3+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner

• 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse

• A commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered primary care

• Interest in ownership and long-term practice building
