• Provide high quality primary care and wellness services

• Build your own patient panel and community presence

• Shape your clinical offerings and weekly schedule

• Partner with Kinstead on operations, technology, and business decisions so you can stay focused on care

Who This Is a Good Fit For

• Located in Maryland

• Active Maryland NP license

• Meets Maryland requirements for independent or collaborative practice, as applicable

• 3+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner

• 2+ years of experience as an RN

• Interested in ownership and long term practice building

• Motivated by patient centered care and community impact
