Telehealth is a growing private practice and multi specialty virtual care group providing accessible behavioral health services to patients across the United States. We are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners interested in delivering short, focused telehealth visits in a fully remote setting.

This role is designed for PMHNPs who enjoy structured visits, clear clinical workflows, and a consistent patient flow without the burden of in person care or extensive administrative work. Visits are typically brief and focused on medication management, symptom follow ups, and ongoing psychiatric care for common mental health conditions.

Providers work independently while having access to clinical support when needed. This is a flexible opportunity well suited for PMHNPs seeking remote work that fits into their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow up visits
• Provide medication management and treatment planning
• Assess and monitor patient symptoms and response to treatment
• Educate patients on medications and care plans
• Document visits accurately and efficiently in EMR
• Collaborate with clinical team for questions or escalations
• Participate in occasional team check ins or quality reviews

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one US state
• PMHNP certification required
• DEA preferred but not required
• Comfortable managing common psychiatric conditions via telehealth
• Strong communication skills and patient centered approach
• Telepsychiatry experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is a plus
• New graduates with strong psychiatric training welcome
