We’re the nation’s behavioral health partner for post-acute care and senior living, transforming how facilities deliver mental health services. We design and run on-site and telehealth psychiatric programs and non‑pharmacological interventions that reduce antipsychotic use, improve resident care, and help facilities meet evolving state and federal expectations. We also work with lawmakers, Medicaid agencies, and associations to secure sustainable funding and policy changes. Our goal is to scale these results nationwide so communities can offer better, more sustainable behavioral health care for older adults and post-acute residents.
