Why This Role Stands Out

This isn't a standard outpatient GYN job. You'll work across three clinical areas: routine gynecology, urogynecology/pelvic floor disorders, and medical aesthetics; which means you're building specialty skills most NP roles don't offer. You'll perform urodynamic testing and aesthetic procedures in-office, not just assessments and referrals.

The OB-GYN and Incontinence Center is a private, physician-led practice in Arcadia that's grown almost entirely through patient word of mouth. The clinic is modern, fully electronic (eClinicalWorks), and the pace is fast but manageable. NPs here are trusted to run their own patient panels with physician collaboration when you need it.

Scheduling is genuinely flexible! You can start part-time and transition to full-time, or stay per diem if that works better for your life right now.

What You'll Actually Do

• Perform urodynamic testing and aesthetic procedures in-office — not just triage and referrals

• Manage your own panel: well-woman exams, family planning, GYN consults, pelvic floor assessments, pre-ops, and follow-ups

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and medications independently

• Collaborate with the supervising physician on complex cases and escalate when needed

• Document visits in eClinicalWorks EMR

What You Need

• Active, unrestricted CA Nurse Practitioner license (WHNP or FNP)

• Active, unrestricted DEA certificate

• 3+ years outpatient OB-GYN or women's health experience

• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions at pace

• eClinicalWorks experience is a big plus

This is a premier women’s health clinic that, besides routine GYN care, specializes in pelvic floor disorders and Aesthetical procedures. Catering to patients who seek the best in their care, the practice has established its reputation by providing the best quality care possible on an individual basis. The practice's growth primarily comes from word of mouth from extremely satisfied patients with their outcome and experience from the doctor, staff and the practice.

We are a private speciality clinic offering General woman's health services, Pelvic medicine (Uro-gynecology) and Medical Aesthetics. We have an immediate need for an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to assume out patient visits at our modern medical office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complement under the supervision of MD in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of all women patients. This includes among others,, Gynecological and Pelvic floor disorder visits, Family planning, well women exam, pre-op, routine consult, aesthetical treatments and follow-up,

• Performs routine health assessments, preventive medicine and consults.

• Complete documentation in a comprehensive, and timely manner using EMR (eClinicalworks)

• Order medications, labs and imaging as needed.

• Make referrals as needed.

• Reviews and attends to all results from labs and imaging.

• Performs certain office-based procedures like Urodynamics and Aesthetics.

• Perform additional duties as prescribed by the resident doctor.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted CA NP license

• Current, unrestricted DEA certificate

• 3+ years of OB-Gyn and women’s health experience in an outpatient setting

• Work under fast paced environment and practice independently knowing when to escalate and consult with the doctor and/or refer to other specialists.

• Fully comfortable in working in an all-electronic environment using a state of the art EMR. eClinicalworks experience is a huge plus!!!
