The role of the Nurse Practitioner is to provide assessments, prescribe medication and support to self referred, higher functioning patients seeking care. The NP will work within a team environment of 25 other practitioners in various disciplines who together provide the full range of integrative mind and body treatment. You can choose Part Time Flex which is to start part time and build to full time hours. Hours are flexible.

The practice is leading in the field of advanced care and the NP plays an essential role to determine the medication needs and or provide supportive counseling. Duties:

- Conduct client assessments and physical evaluations.

- Oversee Master of Social Workers and collaborate on care delivery.

- Supervise other Nurse Practitioners and provide guidance.

- Create and sign off on individualized treatment plans.

- Manage medication by prescribing and monitoring prescriptions.

- Conduct regular medication management sessions.

- Ensure compliance with clinical practices and regulatory standards.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Home-Based Primary Care. We are a small practice and looking to grow and help with increased patient load. Our patients are of the older population. Mostly located in assisted living facilities. We are looking for a 1099 Employee (independent Contractor) that can start as a part time but could work into a full time position.

We are seeking licensed MDs or NPs to provide brief telemedicine consultations for patients across the U.S. The role involves short (1–2 minute) virtual assessments and approving prescriptions for non-inflammatory medications. This is a remote contract position with flexible hours and excellent earning potential.

Key Duties:

• Conduct brief telehealth consultations via phone or video.

• Review patient information and determine appropriate prescriptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
