Position Overview

• Start Date: May 4, 2026
  Ongoing Need | 2–3 Providers Needed

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Monday through Friday

• No call required

• Approximately 20 shifts per month

• Full privileges available

• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding on neurology patients

• New patient consults

• Stroke alerts and acute ED/transfer evaluations

• Pre- and post-operative management of endovascular cases

• Intermittent clinic in-basket management

• Collaboration with attending neurologists and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active Illinois license (required at time of submission)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• ACLS & BLS required

• DEA and CSR required

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Strong background in stroke and general neurology preferred

Additional Details

• APPs work collaboratively (not solo)

• 90-day credentialing timeframe

• Travel expenses reimbursed (mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car, parking)
