Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Critical Care/Trauma

Location - Atlanta GA

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification (AGACNP) required

• 16 weeks (possible extension)

• 3x13hr shifts | Days and Nights available

• UNIT - Critical Care/Trauma

Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) play a vital role in providing care for patients with acute and critical illnesses. They work in various settings within the hospital, including the Emergency Department, Trauma Unit, and other inpatient units. They diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications, all while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. 

Duties:

Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics

clinical responsibilities applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents , adults and geriatrics

Exercise excellent customer service and teamwork

Maintain complete, accurate and legible documentation

Assume responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency

Demonstrate consistent level of performance and productivity
