Job Details:

• Patient demographics: 100% Adult

• Setting:  Hospital - 100% Inpatient; 10% Trauma

• Average number of Hospital-based Patients Per Locum Per day: 10-15

• 1 Physician onsite at a given time; 3 total in group

• 2 APPs  in Group

• Lab and X-ray facilities on site

• EMR: Epic Carepath

• Willing to accept: Locum; Locum to Perm; & Perm

Required Duties/Procedures:

• Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)

• Code stroke response team

Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days; pending license and background

Submission Requirements

• Board certified NP - Required

• ACLS - Required

• OH License - Preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license

• ENLS - Highly preferred (not mandatory)
