We are looking for experienced and/or new graduate Nurse Practitioners to provide primary care services through virtual visits for patients nationwide. The role includes conducting telehealth assessments, managing chronic conditions, and handling routine preventive care visits.

Providers will work independently using our secure telemedicine platform. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose your own hours, making this an excellent opportunity for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual primary care visits and follow ups

• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions

• Manage medication and wellness plans

• Document accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted FNP, AGPCNP, DNP, ANP license in at least one state (multi-state preferred)

• Experience in telehealth is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and patient education skills
