A respected outpatient group is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team. This position focuses on routine adult care, wellness visits and chronic disease management in a supportive environment. The clinic is growing and offers strong autonomy along with easy access to supervising physicians when needed.

Day to day work includes seeing scheduled patients for blood pressure management, diabetes follow ups, physicals, medication refills and basic acute issues. You will have medical assistants for support and a steady flow of patients without rushed scheduling.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care visits for adult and family patients

Manage common chronic conditions and preventive care

Order basic labs and diagnostics

Review results and adjust treatment plans

Document in EMR and coordinate care with the team

Qualifications

Active NP license in Georgia

Comfort with standard primary care duties

Good communication with patients and staff
