A growing nationwide virtual care practice is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support patients through short, meaningful wellness-focused visits that blend preventive care, chronic condition support, and everyday lifestyle coaching. Most appointments are brief but intentional, often centered around stress, sleep, nutrition, routine health maintenance, and medication follow ups. The role is flexible due to the nature of virtual care, with the option to adjust your weekly schedule as long as you maintain steady patient coverage.

A few things you’ll do

• conduct virtual wellness and preventive care visits

• support patients managing chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, insomnia

• guide lifestyle changes and long term health planning

• review labs, adjust care plans, and answer patient questions

• document visits using simple EMR templates and workflows

• collaborate with a clinical team that values communication and patient centered care

Qualifications

• FNP, ANP, AGNP, or PMHNP.

• Active license in at least one state.

• Comfortable discussing lifestyle, motivation, and preventive care.

• Experience helps but is not required. Warm, patient communicators tend to thrive here.
