About the Role: We're looking for a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team remotely. This is a fully work-from-home position supporting patients across Pennsylvania through virtual visits. You'll have a consistent, fixed schedule with real flexibility in how your day looks — no nights, no weekends, no on-call.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct virtual patient visits for primary and family care needs

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics

• Provide patient education, follow-ups, and care coordination

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For:

• Active FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)

• Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license

• Minimum 1 year of clinical NP experience preferred

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems

• Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
