We're an outpatient practice in Pennsylvania looking for Family Nurse Practitioners to join us on a 6-month locum contract with a real path to a permanent, full-time position.

This is a straightforward primary care and family medicine role. You'll see patients across the lifespan, manage chronic conditions, handle common acute visits, and do the kind of medicine you trained for — without the burnout. We keep patient loads manageable and your schedule predictable.

We have clinical sites across Pennsylvania and will match you to a location that works for your life. If you need to relocate, we cover it. If you need housing support during the contract, we can cover that too.

Your day to day:

• Primary care and family medicine visits across the lifespan

• Acute illness management — the common stuff you see every day

• Chronic disease follow-ups, wellness exams, preventive screenings

• Ordering and interpreting labs, imaging, and referrals

• Documenting in EHR and coordinating with your care team on-site

What we need:

• Board-certified FNP (preferred) or ACNP/AGACNP — AANP or ANCC

• Active Pennsylvania license at time of start

• At least 1 year of clinical NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or acute care

• Comfortable working independently with a manageable patient panel

• BLS current; ACLS is a plus
