Job Description & Benefits

Role and responsibilities

Join a dedicated outpatient Pulmonology team in Kingman, AZ looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner. If you're looking for a role where you can do meaningful specialty work — without hospital chaos — this is it. Kingman sits in the heart of northwest Arizona, surrounded by mountain ranges and nearby lakes. Mild climate, stunning sunsets, and an outdoor lifestyle that's hard to beat.

You'll work directly with our pulmonology team managing a wide range of respiratory and chronic lung conditions, with a collaborative care model and a schedule that respects your time.

Your day to day:

  • Comprehensive patient assessments — history, physical exams, and symptom review

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests: spirometry, chest imaging, ABGs, labs

  • Develop and manage individualized care plans for asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease, and post-COVID respiratory conditions

  • Prescribe and manage pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies within scope — bronchodilators, inhaled therapies, oxygen therapy

  • Collaborate with pulmonologists and the broader care team on complex cases

  • Educate patients and families on disease management, smoking cessation, breathing strategies, and lifestyle modifications

  • Manage follow-up care, adjust treatment plans, and coordinate specialist referrals

  • Document accurately and timely in the EHR

What we need:

  • MSN with NP certification from an accredited program

  • Current, unrestricted Arizona NP license

  • National FNP certification

  • Current BLS certification

  • Prior NP clinical experience preferred — pulmonology or related specialty is a plus

What you get:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package

  • Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

  • Professional development and continuing education support

  • A collaborative, supportive team environment

  • The chance to make a real impact on patients managing chronic lung disease in a growing Arizona community

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner ready to specialize in pulmonary care, grow within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and enjoy an exceptional quality of life in one of Arizona's most scenic communities.
