We are seeking a PA to work in our Family Clinic/Walk in Elko, NV. Dates 1/15/25- 5/29/26, shifts are 8am-7pm; M-Thurs/Tuesday-Fri and 1-2 weekends per month working 8am-2pm. The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Family Medicine Role:

• Acute Care/Primary Care for walk-in employee health clinic

• Dates 1/15/25- 5/29/2026

• Shifts- 4-10 rotating schedule- Mon-Thur /Tues-Fri 8am-7pm with 2 scheduled weekends per month -Sat/Sun 8am-2pm

• Type- Chronic condition management, annual exams, acute care as needed

• All ages from newborn up

• EMR- EPIC

Requirements for Family Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants

• NV license with controlled substance permit

• Active DEA

• Certifications- BLS

• Comfortable with all ages

• One year of recent NP or PA Primary Care experience
