Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Urgent Care Locum to work in coverage near Fayetteville, Georgia. Anticipating coverage, as soon as credentialed. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.

49250- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Urgent Care Locum Role:

·        Schedule: 5 pm – 1am (Mon – Sun).

·        Shift: Morning/Evening/Mid-overnight blocks, alongside the Emergency Medicine physician.

·        Scope: Advanced Urgent Care. No solo coverage. Fast-paced environment.

·        Comprehensive assessments.

·        Ordering

·        Interpreting Diagnostics

·        Managing wide-range of acute conditions

·        Procedures: laceration repair, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal.

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Urgent Care Locum role: 

• GA state license; active, unrestricted. DEA.

• EMR: EPIC

• Board Certified.

• Experience: Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice is strongly preferred.

• CV must be formatted with MM/YYYY for all work w/all work and training.
