Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time locums assignment in Worcester, Massachusetts. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays while supporting a well-established adult inpatient psychiatric service.

We are seeking a PMHNP to provide full-time coverage for an adult-only inpatient unit and consult service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, with strong multidisciplinary support onsite. This is a long-term assignment beginning February or March 2026. The role does not require nights, call, weekends, or holidays.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

Call: None

Evenings/Weekends/Holidays: None

Compensation: $115/hr

Responsibilities Include:

Adult inpatient psychiatric care

Psych consult service

Collaborating with a full support team

Assessment, treatment planning, and medication management

Coordinating with behavioral health and medical teams

Required:

Active MA license (or ability to obtain)

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience with adult inpatient psychiatry
