Seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology nurse practitioner for full-time locum tenens coverage in Farmington, Connecticut (CT) . Starting in April or as soon as credentialed, this role offers on going work and a competitive market rate and ongoing coverage.

The Hematology/Oncology Role:

Location: Farmington, Connecticut (CT)

Coverage Dates: April-August 2026 (13 weeks total)

Schedule:

• 4x10s

• 40 hours per week

• Day shift

Required Skills / Procedures

• Outpatient hematology experience preferred

• Chemotherapy prescribing (ONS chemo cert required)

• Bone marrow biopsy experience

• Independent NP practice

• Strong comfort with benign and malignant hematology

• Ability to manage chemo toxicity issues

EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

CT license active and unrestricted.

Board Certified-NP

ONS chemotherapy certification

BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
