Clinical Role:

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • Remote and hybrid opportunities available; must be available to work at least 25 hours per week with an on-site requirement of one day per week.
  • Office hours are Monday–Friday; schedule varies based on site and patient need.
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning; prescribe medications and manage psychiatric treatment plans; educate patients; order and interpret labs and diagnostics; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; coordinate referrals for inpatient care when indicated; provide continuity-of-care follow-up and limited primary care services within scope of practice.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program.
  • Licensed PMHNP in New York State.
  • Spanish-speaking providers: client able to consider new graduates. Non-Spanish-speaking providers: minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience required.
  • Must be enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid. Strong communication and collaborative skills required.
