Permanent job opening
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Background in spine, orthopedics, or pain management preferred, but open to other clinical backgrounds
Reason for need: clinic growth
Start date: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00a–5:00p with a 30-minute lunch
Weekdays only – no call responsibilities
Outpatient clinic setting
No pain medications prescribed or refilled
New graduates welcome with strong nursing or clinical experience
Must be comfortable evaluating patients of all ages with limited pediatric exposure
Responsibilities include new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Future procedural involvement may include:
Ordering epidurals
Facet injections
Radiofrequency ablations (RFAs)
Trigger point injections
Joint injections
Training provided for procedural involvement
Strong physical examination skills required
Ability to interpret imaging studies and correlate findings with treatment plans is essential
EMR system utilized at the site
